Information received from Discord

Depending on the permissions you authorize, Guildorax may receive Discord identifiers and profile information such as your user ID, username, avatar, email address if the relevant OAuth scope is requested, server membership, server IDs, server names, ownership or permission information, bot/application identifiers, channel information and other integration data required for requested features.

Guildorax does not ask for or need your Discord password.

Technical and usage information

Guildorax may process IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, session data, referring pages, feature usage, request metadata, security events, rate-limit events, approximate region derived from IP, and diagnostic logs.

How information is used

• Provide accounts, listings, search, verification, tickets, analytics, reporting, APIs and integrations.
• Confirm ownership, permissions and eligibility for actions.
• Process subscriptions and enforce plan limits.
• Detect fraud, abuse, spam, automated attacks and policy violations.
• Investigate reports, appeals, blacklists and safety incidents.
• Maintain, debug and improve the service.
• Communicate service, security, billing and policy notices.
• Comply with legal obligations and valid legal process.

Payment information

Payment card details should be processed by Guildorax payment providers rather than stored directly by Guildorax. Guildorax may receive billing status, transaction identifiers, plan, currency, amount, tax information, limited billing details and charge/refund status needed to administer subscriptions.

How information may be shared

Guildorax may share information with infrastructure, security, email, payment, analytics and other service providers acting on its behalf; with Discord where required for requested integrations; in response to valid legal obligations; to protect rights, users and service security; or as part of a corporate transaction.

Public listing information is intentionally visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines.

Cookies and similar technologies

Guildorax may use necessary cookies for sessions, authentication, security, preferences and fraud prevention, and may use analytics technologies where permitted. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Data retention

Guildorax retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Different categories may have different retention periods. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or security records until normal deletion cycles complete.

Security

Guildorax uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, such as access controls, authentication protections, logging, rate limits and secure transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or request portability of personal information. You may also disconnect Discord integrations, revoke OAuth authorization through Discord and change available privacy/account settings.

Children and age-restricted content

Guildorax is not intended to be used in violation of applicable minimum-age requirements. Server owners must accurately label age-restricted or NSFW listings. Guildorax does not knowingly permit content involving sexual exploitation of minors under any circumstances.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own depending on Guildorax infrastructure and service providers. Where required, Guildorax will use legally recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Guildorax may update this policy as products, laws or practices change. The updated date will be shown at the top of the page, and material changes may be communicated through reasonable channels.
