Terms of Service

Eligibility and authority

You may use Guildorax only if you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement. If you use Guildorax on behalf of a community, organization or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and manage the Discord resources you connect.

Additional age restrictions may apply to specific listings, content or services. Users must also comply with Discord rules and applicable law.

Your Guildorax account

You are responsible for your account, connected Discord identity, authorized team members and activity performed through your access. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and sessions secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Guildorax may require re-authentication, ownership checks or other verification before allowing sensitive actions.

Discord connections and permissions

Guildorax may use Discord OAuth, bot permissions, webhooks and APIs to provide features such as server ownership checks, role verification, tickets, analytics, listing synchronization, reporting and automated messages.

You may connect only servers, bots, applications, webhooks and other resources you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for selecting appropriate permissions and reviewing what Guildorax can access or perform.

Listings and user content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as descriptions, banners, icons, tags, custom text and branding. You grant Guildorax a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, display, resize, format and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and protect the service.

You must have the rights needed to submit the content and must keep listing information materially accurate.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, Listing Guidelines, Blacklist & Enforcement Policy and all applicable laws. Guildorax may investigate or restrict activity that creates a safety, fraud, security, legal or platform-integrity risk.

Paid plans and billing

Some Guildorax features may require a paid subscription or other charge. Prices, billing periods, included features and applicable taxes are shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Feature limits, API quotas, team-member allowances, synchronization intervals and other plan benefits may vary by plan and may change prospectively.

Service changes and availability

Guildorax may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features. The service may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, security incidents, Discord API changes, third-party failures or circumstances beyond Guildorax control.

Guildorax does not guarantee that a listed Discord server, bot, invite, webhook or integration will remain available or function without interruption.

Enforcement, suspension and termination

Guildorax may remove content, limit features, disable integrations, suspend accounts, blacklist servers or bots, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users, respond to legal requirements, prevent abuse or protect the service.

Severe or urgent risks may result in action without prior notice. Where appropriate, Guildorax may provide a reason and an appeal path.

Third-party services

Guildorax depends on third-party services, including Discord and payment, infrastructure, email, security or analytics providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. Guildorax is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

Disclaimers

Guildorax is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Guildorax does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, listing accuracy, community conduct, member identity, bot safety, earnings, growth, engagement, analytics predictions or compatibility with every Discord configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guildorax and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Guildorax from claims, losses and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, your connected Discord resources, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

Governing terms and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Guildorax is established, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact Guildorax Legal so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Changes to these Terms

Guildorax may update these Terms to reflect service, safety, legal or business changes. Material changes may be communicated through the service or other reasonable means. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
