Legal notices
Legal notices should clearly identify the sender, the person or entity represented, the relevant Guildorax account/listing/URL, the requested action, the legal basis for the request and reliable contact information for follow-up.
Law-enforcement requests
Requests from law-enforcement or government authorities should identify the requesting agency, authorized official, legal authority, scope of requested information and any applicable preservation or confidentiality requirement. Guildorax may verify the authenticity and legal sufficiency of requests before responding.
Emergency disclosure requests
Emergency requests involving imminent risk of death or serious physical injury should clearly explain the emergency, identify the affected person or account, describe the information sought and explain how the requested information could help address the emergency. Guildorax will assess requests under applicable law.
No emergency service
Guildorax does not replace police, emergency medical services, child-protection services or other public authorities. For an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
