Blacklist & Enforcement Policy
How Guildorax may restrict incompatible, unsafe or policy-violating servers, bots, applications and accounts.
A blacklist is not the only reason a listing or integration may be unavailable. Compatibility, ownership, technical, safety, legal or platform-integrity checks may also block access.
Why access may be restricted
Examples of blacklist-triggering conduct
- Child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors.
- Illegal drug sales or trafficking.
- Malware, token stealers, credential theft or phishing.
- Fraud, scams or impersonation intended to steal money or accounts.
- Serious violent threats, trafficking or other severe illegal activity.
- Repeated attempts to evade previous Guildorax enforcement.
Sources of information
Guildorax may consider user reports, owner submissions, automated safety signals, Discord/API responses, technical logs, public information, prior enforcement history and other reasonably reliable evidence. Automated signals may be reviewed before major action where practical.
Possible actions
Depending on severity, Guildorax may deny verification, block code generation, disable invites, remove listings, restrict paid or API features, suspend accounts, disable integrations, preserve evidence, add an internal blacklist record or permanently block a server, bot, application or related identifier.
No guarantee of advance notice
Guildorax may act immediately where delay could expose users to harm, enable evasion, compromise evidence, violate law or increase security risk. Less urgent cases may receive notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.
Appeals and review
An authorized owner may request review of certain enforcement decisions by providing the affected Guildorax account, Discord server/bot/application ID, relevant context and evidence of remediation. Guildorax may refuse repetitive, abusive or clearly unsupported appeals.
Removal from a blacklist
Removal is not automatic. Guildorax may consider the seriousness of the original issue, time elapsed, corrective steps, current ownership, repeat violations, ongoing legal obligations and the risk to users or service integrity.
False or malicious reports
Knowingly submitting fabricated evidence or abusing the reporting process to target competitors or communities may itself violate Guildorax policies.
