Community & Listing Guidelines
Standards for publishing Discord server and bot listings on Guildorax.
A Guildorax listing should help users understand what they are joining or installing. Materially misleading descriptions, fake statistics and hidden age-restricted content may be removed.
Accurate identity and ownership
You must be authorized to list the server, bot or application. Names, IDs, invite links and ownership information must not intentionally misrepresent another community, developer or brand.
Descriptions and categories
Short and long descriptions, categories, hashtags, language, minimum-age settings and other listing fields should accurately reflect the community or bot. Keyword stuffing, unrelated tags and misleading categories are not allowed.
Invites and availability
Server listings should maintain a valid, safe invite where Guildorax requires one. If an invite becomes invalid, Guildorax may allow the owner or an authorized Guildorax bot integration to refresh it where configured and permitted.
NSFW and age-restricted content
Listings containing or primarily directing users to adult or sexually explicit material must use all available NSFW and age-restriction controls and comply with applicable law and Discord policy. Sexual content involving minors is always prohibited.
Images, banners and branding
Icons, banners and other uploaded media must be owned by you, licensed to you, or otherwise lawful to use. Graphic illegal content, deceptive official-looking seals, impersonation, malware links and prohibited sexual content may not be used.
Bots and advertised functionality
Bot listings must describe material capabilities accurately. Do not conceal malicious behavior, credential collection, unauthorized tracking, prohibited self-botting, token theft, destructive moderation actions or other significant safety risks.
Reviews, votes and rankings
Do not purchase or automate fake votes, coordinate deceptive review activity, create accounts to manipulate rankings, or offer prohibited incentives designed primarily to distort Guildorax discovery systems.
Repeated and duplicate listings
Guildorax may limit duplicate, near-duplicate or spam listings created to dominate search results, evade moderation or bypass plan limits.
Moderation and corrections
Guildorax may ask an owner to correct inaccurate fields, change categories, add age restrictions, replace media, repair an invite or provide ownership verification. Failure to correct material issues may result in delisting or enforcement.
