Safety & Reporting Policy
How to report unsafe, illegal, abusive or policy-violating activity on Guildorax.
If someone is in immediate physical danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first. Guildorax is not an emergency response service.
What can be reported
You may report servers, bots, listings, users, invites, scams, malware, illegal content, harassment, impersonation, copyright issues, invalid invites and other suspected policy violations.
What to include
Provide the Guildorax URL, relevant Discord server/bot/application/user IDs where available, a concise description, timestamps, screenshots or links when lawful to provide, and any other context that helps Guildorax understand the issue.
Severe illegal content
Reports involving child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, human trafficking, credible imminent threats or similar severe harms may receive priority handling. Do not download, redistribute or unnecessarily copy illegal material in order to report it.
Investigation
Guildorax may review internal records, technical signals, connected Discord information, user submissions and other relevant evidence. Guildorax may contact the reporter or affected owner for more information where appropriate.
Possible outcomes
Possible outcomes include no action, a request for corrections, warning, content removal, invite disabling, delisting, account restrictions, blacklist action, evidence preservation, or referral to Discord, service providers or appropriate authorities when warranted.
Reporter privacy
Guildorax will try to limit disclosure of reporter information, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is legally required or necessary to investigate and respond fairly.
Good-faith reports
Users should report concerns in good faith. Knowingly false, harassing or manipulated reports may result in action against the reporter.
How to report
Use available in-product reporting tools or email [email protected]. Legal process should be directed to the Legal Contact page.
