Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Rules for intellectual property on Guildorax and a process for rights-holder complaints.

Last updated: September 5, 2026 Applies to: Guildorax website, listings, bot, API and related services
1

Guildorax intellectual property

The Guildorax service, branding, software, design, documentation and other materials created by Guildorax are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Guildorax intellectual property to users.

2

User-submitted content

Users keep ownership of content they submit, subject to the license granted in the Terms of Service so Guildorax can host, display, distribute, moderate and operate the service.

3

Respect third-party rights

You may not upload or publish content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights. This includes unauthorized logos, artwork, copied descriptions, stolen bot code, or branding likely to confuse users about affiliation.

4

Submitting a copyright complaint

A rights-holder or authorized agent may contact [email protected] and should include: identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing Guildorax URL or listing, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement and any legally required signature or equivalent.

5

Counter-notices and disputes

Where applicable law provides a counter-notice process, Guildorax may accept a response from the affected user. Guildorax may restore content where legally appropriate and may direct parties to resolve ownership disputes between themselves.

6

Repeat infringement

Guildorax may suspend or terminate repeat infringers or users who repeatedly submit clearly unauthorized material.

7

Trademarks and impersonation

Trademark complaints should identify the mark, registration information where available, the challenged use and why that use is likely to cause confusion or otherwise violate applicable law.
