Data Deletion & Account Requests
How to request deletion of a Guildorax account or personal information associated with it.
Guildorax may need to verify that a requester controls the relevant account or Discord identity before deleting or disclosing account data.
What you can request
Depending on your account and applicable law, you may request deletion of your Guildorax account, profile information, listing content you control, stored OAuth connection data, and other personal information associated with your account.
How to request deletion
Use any available account deletion control in Guildorax settings. If no self-service control is available, email [email protected] from the account email where possible and include your Guildorax account identifier and relevant Discord user ID.
What may remain
Guildorax may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, financial records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement history or to prevent immediate recreation of abusive accounts. Public content copied by third parties or search engines may remain outside Guildorax control.
Server and bot listings
If multiple authorized owners or team members manage a listing, deleting one user account may not automatically delete the underlying server or bot listing. Guildorax may transfer or preserve the listing for another verified owner where appropriate.
Discord-side data
Removing Guildorax does not automatically delete information stored by Discord. You can separately remove the Guildorax bot, revoke OAuth authorization, delete Guildorax-created webhooks or channels where appropriate, and use Discord controls for Discord-held data.
Processing requests
Guildorax may ask for reasonable information needed to verify identity, locate records and prevent unauthorized deletion. Requests will be handled within timeframes required by applicable law.
